Types of Membership
Vested Member. A vested member is a member who has payed
the initiation fee in full. A Vested Member has full voting rights and
may serve as a member of the Board of Directors. This type of member is
eligible to share in the proceeds should the Club be dissolved (see Article
X, Dissolution).
Associate Member. Once a principal member pays annual
dues, any family member living in the same household, at the same address,
age 18 or older may obtain an associate membership for ½ the annual
dues amount after attending the safety walk through. An Associate Member
does not have voting privledges nor can he be a canidate or serve as a
Director.
